 I have been
professional training some twenty years. I
was a professional trainer at Gold’s Gym in
Venice, L.A. California. I also designed
fitness and nutritional programs for clients
and patrons such as Kevin Dillon, Mark Knopfler (Dire Straits),
Chrissy Amphlett (the Divinyls), Marcia
Hines, hollywood models,
stroke victims, rehab, cardiac patients,
elite athletes and paralympians.
My decades of
training have been for explosive strength,
power and endurance at the City Gym Sydney
Australia as far back as 1974, as well as
the New South Wales Academy of Sport and the
Australian Institute of Sport. My experience
and academic knowledge includes design,
management, sports science and increased
turnover of sporting complexes.
